project context
Despite the vast potential of Web3, only about 1% of ApeCoin holders currently engage in the DAO’s governance—leaving a significant opportunity for community-driven impact.

NewCampus, an organisation focused on transforming education for modern leaders, partnered with us to design a resource bank and video series that would motivate and equip ApeCoin holders to take a more active role in governance, from crafting impactful proposals to making informed voting decisions.

Lowering barriers to Web3 participation This initiative aimed to simplify DAO governance, recognising that many ApeCoin holders are unfamiliar with decentralised decision-making. To overcome this barrier, we created a series of concise, animated videos to break down the essentials of participation in an accessible way. Guided by animated 3D Ape models, each video explores core topics such as "Why should I participate? What impact can I have? How do I submit a proposal?"
